Vancity Credit Union is offering grants from $1,000 to $10,000 to local groups in the Fraser Valley who want to create sustainable places to live, invest in positive change in their communities, or help educate people in finances.

Funding is available for up to 70 per cent of the total project budget, including cash and in kind contributions for projects.

Money can be for community festivals, workshops and larger projects.
