Nominate a 'good neighbour' realtor and you could win an iPad mini and help a local non-profit group.

Any public member who nominates a real estate agent or office for the Make Good Neighbours Award is eligible to win an iPad mini.

In addition, the winner of the award, sponsored by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board to recognize volunteer works by their members, has a chance to give $500 to a non-profit agency.

Nominees should have made an outstanding contribution to their community. Award winners will be selected based on their time committed to volunteer work, level of responsibility assumed, demonstrated results, and overall impact of their volunteer efforts.

If you are a non-profit organization and would like to make a nomination on behalf of your organization, you will be eligible for a $500 donation if the agent or office you nominate is selected.

Deadline to submit is Dec. 17.
