The annual Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers Show brought out top dogs and their handlers from across Canada and the U.S. for four days at Tradex in Abbotsford last weekend.

Billed as Canada's largest indoor dog show, the event attracts more than 6,000 dogs of more than 100 breeds each year, including many obscure breeds. It features championship competition; obedience trials, demonstrations and trade show booths with all things for every discerning dog owner.

The event also raised money for local charities including the SPCA, Variety Club, Canadian Seeing Eye Dogs, Canuck Place and others.
