Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service doused a warehouse fire on King Road early Monday morning.
Fire crews were called to an industrial park at 33733 King Road at 2: 21 a.m. and found smoke and flames had engulfed one of the units, said assistant fire chief Ron Hull in a release.
Firefighters were able to contain fire to the single unit.
The warehouse unit contained art supplies and initial damages are estimated at more than $30,000 but may climb higher.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
