Police are trying to locate a missing Abbotsford man.

Jonathan Mark Moyls was last seen by his family on Dec. 18 - although he made occasional phone contact with them after that.

However, at 10 a.m. on Jan. 25 the Abbotsford Police received a call concerning the 54-year-old man.

The APD were able to confirm Moyls had stayed at an Abbotsford hotel on Sumas Way until Dec. 19 but his location since that date is unknown.

Moyls is likely travelling in his grey 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt with the license plate 388 WNH.

He is five feet nine inches tall and weighs 160 pounds with brown eyes, short brown greying hair and a goatee.

Moyls hasn't been active on his social media sites and checks of the borders and hospitals haven't yielded results.
