Track may battle street-racing

I think it is a great idea to re-open Langley Speedway. I am taking up racing this year at the age of 47, and we race out of Agassiz speedway, a two-hour drive from my house in Langley. Merritt speedway, a four-hour drive, is surrounded by farms with horses and cattle, and it does not affect them in the slightest.
