The Columbia College Bearcats were sitting in sixth spot in the PACWEST heading into the Feb. 7-8 weekend vs the College of the Rockies.

With COTR sitting six points up on CBC, the Bearcats were hoping to close the gap.

Jadon Ward, CBC's 6' 7" second year middle, played a huge role in those weekend results. Ward had a phenomenal run, leading the Bearcats in their back-to-back victories over COTR, 3-1 on Thursday and 3-2 Friday.

Ward was a work horse tallying an impressive 25 kills (many against double blocks) in four sets and had one block and an ace on Thursday.

On Friday, Ward continued his dominance recording 20 kills, four blocks, one ace, and six digs, cementing him as one of the best in the PACWEST.
