Surrey Eagles forward Brady Shaw's strong play since the Christmas break has not gone unnoticed.

The 20-year-old scored nine goals and set up seven more in nine games during the month of January. In recognition of his efforts, last week Shaw was named as honourable mention in the Canadian Junior A Hockey League's first ever 3 Stars of the Month awards.
