Gymnasts set the bar high at meets

Athletes from Twisters Gymnastics in Abbotsford have shown themselves to be, once again, serious contenders in every gymnastics competition they enter.

The recent Elite Canada competition, held in Edmonton, was an opportunity for Canada's best gymnasts to show their skill.

Twisters sent five athletes from the men's team to the competition and they had lots of success.

Last weekend, five members of the women's competitive team and eight members of the men's competitive team took part in the North Shore Invitational, held at Windsor Secondary School in North Vancouver.

Between these two teams, they brought home 30 medals.
