Mission has celebrated many outstanding athletes over the years and 2012 will be no exception. Four hard working youth will be competing for Mission and the Fraser Valley at the upcoming B.C. Summer Games July 19-22 in Surrey.

Max Chadwick (U15 indoor volleyball), Jaime Rourke (U15 indoor volleyball), Makenzie Rourke (U12 soccer) and Bryce Fillion (100 m, long jump and triple jump) will be joining more than 3,700 athletes, coaches and officials at the BC Summer Games. The opening ceremony, held at Holland Park, will kick off the four day sporting event featuring competitions in 20 different sports at 13 different venues across the region.
