One of the most controversial sports to debut in Canada finished its inaugural season Saturday in front of an energized hometown crowd at the AESC as the BC Angels won their historic championship game 25-12 over the Saskatoon Sirens. Giving up several inches and close to 100 pounds, this Sasktatoon Sirens player took on the halftime challenge of running straight downfield, where an eager LFL fan waited to tackle her before she reached the end zone.
She juked.
And jived.
He lunged.
Then leapt.
She sprung.
He fell.
And watched.
