The first night of mountain bike four-cross racing kicks off Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. at the Agri Barn on the Abbotsford Exhibition grounds, 42370 Haida Dr., Abbotsford.

There are also free indoor practices Saturday night and Sunday mornings for BMX riders of all ages.
